What does this excerpt from act V of Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet, Friar Laurence's letter to romeo is not delivered due to circumstances beyond his control. What is the conflict in the scene?

    The conflict was that Juliet drank something that would kill her or put her to sleep until Romeo kissed her. The entire plan was written in the letter, and since Romeo did not receive it, he drank poison and died besides Juliet. Then because Romeo was dead, Juliet used his dagger to kill herself. If Romeo had gotten the letter in time, their deaths could have been avoided.
