Adjacent doors should be designed to open toward one another

Consider a bed adjacent and parallel to the face of a door. If you walk round the door it has to be 5-6 feet from the wall; if not it is just slightly more than the width of the door - 3-4 feet. (i guess thats what your asking for?)
