The correct answer is - It is neither debatable nor specific.

The statement that students should be educated is definitely not debatable - who would argue against that? Everyone believes that education is important for students, so there is no need to debate about that. Similarly, the thesis statement is not specific enough - it would be better to add the age, or sex, or something more relevant.
