    true ... there is difference between reading and conversing ... fluent readers give pauses wherever needed fr example ... in comas full stops etc ... even in minor places ...

    but when a person converses with another person ... pauses in minor places are not really given much importance ...

    therefore the difference between reading and conversing can be identified easily ... and fluent readers also give importance to minor pauses ... so though expressions they can make oral reading sound like a conversation
