My symbol would be a heeled boot - for the following reasons:

    Explanation:

    1. Shoes are a luxury for many poor people - and it would be a bleak reminder of this other world which goes around barefoot for the party to work for equitable distribution of wealth.

    2. Heeled shoes are one of the tools of torture for women and the demands of them to look, walk, behave, dress and act in a certain way. They force an able limbed woman to walk in a permanent state of semi - debilitation. Don't get me wrong, I like heels too on occasion but not when they become and instrument of oppression. So it would be a grim reminder of the need to overcome this oppression.

    3. Men who may like to wear heels are made fun of and this is also representative of all the cultural constrains on men to look/behave / in a way which is supposedly masculine - a construction which is highly arbitrary and variable across cultures.

Use that one its a good one
