Explanation:

It is best a truth be told early enough to avoid further harm. Keeping secrets away for too long could result to irreparable damages. A secret cannot be hidden under the sun for too long. Releasing a secret could resolve conflicts early enough and an understanding can be reached between two parties. Lies can only heap up guilty conscience, lack of inward peace and emotional instability within a person. The truth always sets you free, and your mind at rest.
