Marullus feels that these individuals are not faithful and he call them as faker (hypocrites). The tribunes are furious that the common laborers residents of Rome assemble to observe Caesar's triumph, while overlooking Pompey, the Roman legend (and a piece of the First Triumvirate that ruled Rome) who was executed fighting nearby Caesar.
