The correct answer is option D. "Problems are solved at the end of traditional stories". Traditional storytelling involves following a structure oftenly divided in three acts: the Setup, the Confrontation and the Resolution at which all the problems of the story are solved. Modernist stories do not follow the three act structure, therefore the story could start with the Resolution or the story could not have a Resolution at all.
