    Explanation

    Police stress is that negative pressure connected to the work of the police. Because police officers are human like us, they are affected by the day to day exposure to human conflict, people indecency and pain which when handling all this include public rejection during hostile environments can led to boredom and a feeling of sensing danger all the time making the job stressful. A stressor at work could be threats to the health and safety of an officer. A stressor arising from polices in the police department could be lack of rewards for good job performance contributing to stress.
