    Cybercrime is a crime that involves the use of computer and networks.

    Deinstitutionalization is were long-stay psychiatric medical institutions are replaced by community mental health care services especially for patients that have developmental disabilities.

    Cybercrime is a modern problem is that it is fast growing type of crime that utilizes the speed and convenience of the internet to conduct crimes unknown. The crimes include threats to victims, blackmailing and committing frauds. The hackers are enjoying this type of crime because the modern world is embracing technology in its operation thus this type of crime field keeps on growing big day by day as more internet users increase.

    Deinstitutionalization occurs where few individuals reside as patients in mental hospitals and less mental health services are provided in public hospitals. This process has ensured patients are transferred to community based mental health services. It great impact is that it has facilitated shorter outpatient care to be attained.
