All good writers should make several drafts of their paper before composing the final copy. This allows them to work out any problems or make any changes before finalizing their work.

Any good piece of writing should be 100% free of any grammatical errors, this is very important.

To be considered good, a writer should be a sound observer, should have a sharp vocabulary, discipline and an open mind.
That been said, a good writer:
Writes many sketches and preliminary versions of his work prior to presenting the finale. Check and verify his final work has error-free grammar. Is open to criticism and taking feedback in order to improve and refine.
