Having, sometimes way too many cultures, because diversity is the wide distribution of certain things, which in this case would be ethnicities and people. Usually there is always gonna be a dominant, and powerful group of people, this can cause major problems because it could lead to discontinued and perhaps elimination of certain group of people's right and legal power, because those of the majority group will want more power, which can lead to corruption, this is an example of like dictatorship type thing, which deals with politics
