First of all you need you need to check if the person looks complete all over the place, like not having space idea. Call 911 and stay with the person. Take as many notes as possible to hand in to the doctor, like if the person is taking any kind of pill at the moment, If the person responds basic questions accurately, such as name and aged.

As soon as the assistance get in tell them all you have written and the symptoms the person had before passing.
