    I infer that that there is going to be a conflict between "two households, both alike in dignity ... " it also mentions that "civil blood makes civil hands unclean", meaning that their is going to be a rivalry between two groups, which will end in death, because when Shakespeare writes tragedies, they usually end with people dying.
