The lines are spoken by Friar Lawrence to Capulet, and it refers to the heaven being bothered to Capulet by some past sin he committed. At the same time, Friar Lawrence mentions that Capulet should stop trying to go against heaven and stop challenging it and questioning the reasons why the wedding became a funeral.
