As a result of Joanna being a good manager, she was able to see that Max is someone who has the following skills:

1) Goal getter

2) Flexibility and adaptability

3) Self motivation

4) leadership skill and

5) Analytical and problem-solving skills.

She should be able to use those skills to improve the fortunes of the company which she heads (which happens to be the astronomical increase in the profits of a company with the reduction of its expenditure).
