    Instead of explaining why my answer is correct, i would explain why others are wrong.

    a. This answer is wrong because imagine if you are telling your story out to the class, would you print out copies for everyone? No

    b. This doesn't have any thing to do with this

    d. Neither does this.

    Option c is correct because the more detailed and enticing your narrative story is about, the more attention it will attract from readers / listeners. So you might want to be very detailed about the settings and characters.
