The jobs that require only a are statician, automotive engineer, and data modeler. They require a career degree since the associated jobs require specialized knowledge. These careers in particular are associated to the hard sciences like engineering.

On the other hand, customer service specialist, broadcast technician and

video systems technician require only training courses, since they are not as complex as the others. Also, the word "technician" and "specialist" are usually associated to training courses rather than university careers. Furthermore, when looking at possible jobs, it is worth noticing that the job requirements do not include a career degree

The Customer Service Specialist career can be entered after completing a training program. However, many positions require an associate's or bachelor's degree.

Statistician, Automotive Engineer, Data Modeler, Broadcast Technician and Video Systems Technician all demand a university qualification, either an associate's degree in a related discilpline or a bachelor's degree.
