What do Duncan's sons, Malcolm and Donalbain, do after their father's murder? Why? How are their actions interpreted by others?

    where do they go: They then spread out to different locations. Malcom goes to England and Donalblain goes to Ireland.

    why: so the same thing will not happen to them because if they stayed much longer, the murderer would kill them too

    how were the actions interpreted by others: They did not leave a great impression on everyone in Scotland because since they left so abruptly they assumed they were the murderers and were fleeing the scene of the crime so they would not go to prison.
