The purpose of a works-cited page is to ensure that the reader knows the project was researched.

Works cited pages appear at the end of any research paper. They are a list of sources used in the research paper.

The works-cited pages are written in MLA (Modern Language Association) style.

The entries should be arranged in alphabetical order, not numbered and flush with the left margin. They should always include: the author, the title of the source, other contributors, version, number, publisher, publication date and location.
