Mark Antony was one of the Triumvirates who went to war alongside Octavius Caesar against Brutus and Cassius. He was at first conflicted over what to do after the murder of Julius Caesar. But, he also gave a speech on the day of mourning for Caesar's death where he implored on the people of Rome to "lend me your ears". This famous speech turned the Roman against the murderers, which then led to the war and victory against Brutus and Cassius.
