i mean my opinion is if the athlete is making money by themselves then good for them but if they are getting payed to play the sport then they should quit cuz why pay them to play the sport. So my answer to your question is no

It depends, because if they plan on going to NFL or another well known professional team they will end up getting paid. But if they are just doing it for fun I'd say no.
