    4. Visualization

    Describe how the situation will be if nothing is done. Make the vision detailed and realistic, to create the desire to do what you recommend. The goal is to get the audience to agree with you.

    5. Action

    The final job is to leave the audience with specific things that they can do to get the problem solved. They are to take action now.
