Why do people have the time to cyberbully?

im not sure myself, but some people say others bully to feel better about themselves

Cyber bullying is for people who are too afraid to say things to your face, they can't be afraid of what that other person can do. Bullying in general is just people trying to cover their insecurities, and it's pathetic. Nowadays, you do it so you look cool to the world and it's not at all. No one should ever take cyber bullying to heart, because in the end it's just a person behind a computer screen who could never physically say it to your face.
