Having a growth mind set is important to further develop basic skills through hard work. If you don't have a growth mindset then it will become harder for you to improve. For example if you had a growth mindset and took 3 hours a day to practice your instrument you will become better at said instrument until you can play more complex pieces. However if you don't have a growth mindset and you don't practice then you will be stuck at a beginner level of musician ship. Therefore it can be concluded that the only way to get better at what you love then you need a growth mindset.
