The correct options are the third and the fifth.

"Two English kings fascinate me, Richard Lionheart and his brother King John". In this case, the comma is separating two ideas. "After his voyage in 1492, Columbus and his men arrived in what they believed to be Southeast Asia". In this sentence the comma is placed after the adverbial phrase of time, which is correct. In the first sentence, the comma is unnecessary. The second sentence has two commas but only the second one is incorrect since it is showing the same idea as if it were two. In the fourth sentence, "who ruled Mali in the early 1300s" should be between commas.
