The excerpt that best supports the claim that Hamlet plans to kill his mother is the third one: hopes to maximize Claudius's suffering.

The relationship between Hamlet and Gertrude had been always tumultuous, but he starts to resent her more after the killing of his father, the king, when she marries Claudius. In fact, Hamlet shows in the play his guiltful desire to kill the new king and his desire of revenge. He doubts about his capacity of killing him, but he surely is looking for a way to hurt him.
