    Tinker case violated the rights of the students of freedom to speech thus becoming important in case of first amendment.

    Explanation:

    The first amendment of the constitution of the United States of America gives the rights and freedom to the people for speech, freedom of religion, freedom of assembly, freedom of press and the freedom and the right to petition.

    Tinker case is very important with regards to the first amendment of the constitution because it violates the rights of the students, which they had to protest against the Vietnam war.
