There are many conflicts in the story "Out of my mind".

    Explanation:

"Out of my mind" by "Sharon M Draper" is a story about Melody who is not able to express herself because of her physical disability. She is suffering from cerebral palsy.

Claire who plays the main antagonist of the story is the one who makers fun of people who are not quite able to do things. She is mean and rude. Molly is her best friend. Claire constantly makes fun of Melody. They both are completely unaware about how sad it feels if one is not able to do something in their life because of some physical disability. They only realize this towards the end of the story that they are lucky enough to be healthy unlike Melody. Claire once said

"Some people get braces on their teeth. Some get braces on their legs. For others, braces won't work, so they need wheelchairs and walkers and such."
