Why does the speaker alternate between using english and spanish

from here

and from there

y norteada

cruzando fron

teras crossing

Tartamuda

Y mareada

where you from?

soy de aquí

    Sometimes they can be both but sometimes depending on what type of spanish ur speaking you can have no as in no just same thing las as in las it both can be the same
