    2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, and 14 are all multiples of 2

    5, 10, and 15 are all multiples of 5

    We only count 10 once, because it occurs in both sets, so we are looking for it landing on 9 sections out of the 15, or 9/15, simplified to 3/5
