HATS is an abbreviation for Headings, Access, Typography, and Space. The writing uses color, horizontal lines, and a single bold heading. There aren't many headings but the methods used make the piece easier to read and follow. Regarding access, the piece is relatively easy to follow for the intended audience, and the visual aids in the understanding. For typography, the piece uses a couple of different fonts to make it easier to follow. Finally, for space, there is an adequate amount of white space to keep the piece from being too crowded.
