    This is the story where odysseus blinds the cyclops, correct? If it is then it is because he could out smart the cyclops and the other cyclops by saying "My name is Nobody" therefore when the other cyclops ask the blinded one who did it to him it will say "Nobody did" Odysseus then is able to get away without any trouble.
