    Theodora's waiting for the publisher's response and her time in the woods after her manuscript has been accepted.

    Explanation:

    I know from personal experience that the feelings that come along when a manuscript is finished and accepted, can rightly be described as pure fulfillment. In A the manuscript is finished but she cannot feel really fulfilled because the response of the publisher is needed to do so.

    Family problems (C & D) can't be seen in the light of fullfillment.
