2: His mother. He doesn't want to see her because she never cared for him in the first place. Yes I agree with his decision.

3: Because even though Bob was mean, Cherry still loved him and Johnny still killed him.

4: Because he wanted her to realize that the Socs and the Greasers still see the same sunset.
