Your friend is terrified of public speaking. Write a brief letter advising him of at least four or five different specific things he can do

in the preparation stage and just prior to his presentation to manage and overcome his fear of public speaking.

    You got this! Just take a few deep breaths, it will be good! I know your gonna do great. Drink some water and go over what ur gonna say, clear ur head and think of something that might make you happy or calm you down. I believe in you!
