Where does the quotations probably take place in this sentence? "Julia, may i borrow your eraser?"

    If you're referring to where the quotation marks would go if you as a narrator were identifying the speaker, it would be: "Julia," she asked. "May I borrow your speakers?". Since the question is technically a different sentence.

    The quotation marks are in the correct place only I has to be capitalized
