    I'd say that the quotation by Huck's father in chapter 5 of The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn that is an example of irony is C. "and looky here-you drop that school, you hear? i'll learn people to bring up a boy to put on airs over his own father and let on to be better'n what he is."

    I believe this is ironic because most parents today want their children to be smart and educated, unlike Huck's horrible father.
