The reason why Romeo and Juliet was so ironic, especially towards then end was that when romeo when away to another city to wait for juliet, juliet had sent a lett for romeo about how her plan was going to roll out and how she really wasnt going to die. Instead, romeo never recieved the letter and when romeo came juliet and saw her dead he then drank the magic potion as well and died. little after, juliet awoke from the deep sleep and saw that romeo was dead and she decided to kill her self with a dagger.
