    Enjambment is defined as the running on a from line to line or stanza and into the next, without putting a stop or break on it. Enjambment lines do not have and observe punctuation marks that terminates or stops the line. Enjambment affects the meaning and emotion of a poem for it allows the reader to read lines of poetry without having to pause.
