Goodfellas: Why is Tommy killed for killing Billy Batts, but Jimmy and Henry are not?

    They killed Pesci for killing Billy Batts because he was a "Made Man". However De Niro and Liotta were also involved. More so De Niro because he attacked Billy whereas Liotta just watched them, but nontheless. Just wondering in the end why only Pesci was killed ...
