How does Annabeth approach the idea of interacting with the sirens

She wants to hear the Siren's song since she believes that it wil l reveal secrets about those who hear it and they would otherwise never know. She knows that she would want to jump in the water and join the sirens, so she asks Percy to tie her and tells him not to untie her no matter what happens.
