Which line from Julius Caesar best represents plot development?

A. Brutus: Good words are better than bad stokes, Octavius.

B. Brutus: What means this shouting? I do fear the people choose Caesar for their king.

    Its definitely letter B. This is because, later in Julies caesar story, Brutus kills Julies.
