Would it ever be reasonable to say that someone's interpretation of a poem's theme was wrong? Why or why not?

    Yes. if their answer is nonsensical - eg if someone's interpretation of e. a. poes "the Raven" was "its about the number 891" ... this is not rational. most interpretations are sensible though
