Then can cause health problems, especially with old people, because they need their sleep, they just do. And kids need their education, so your neighbors would have to realize that one simple thing and effect a lot of people. So just ask them to take it into consideration and think more wisely about their surroundings.

Talk to the people that are making the noise and ask them to quite down.
