Why should writers write the introduction to a research paper last?

Ok I'm not positive but I think that they write the introduction last because then they already have all the information that they need and all the have to do is have something that can hook a reader and still connect with there story which they have already wrote

Because i think ok this is my thought, i think beacause you get the better information at last
