    Well, strong claims are supported by evidence while weak claims have little evidence. Strong claims do not use first person and state a specific opinion on the topic. Weak claims may use first person and a weak opinion on the topic. Strong claims provide the topic and what is to talk/debate. Weak claims may only hint to the topic and may not directly say that they will discuss it.
