The sentence that is correctly written is option B. Of my fall semester courses at Troy High School, probably Geometry and Physics were my favorites. Notice that the difference in every sentence is how the nouns are properly capitalized. Option B is the correct answer because the name of the school and the name of the subjects are Proper nouns, therefore the first letter should be capitalized.
