How many people's or nations are represented in the document known as the Iroquois constitution

Five tribes were represented in the document known as the Iroquois constitution before 1722 and later they were known as the "Six Nations". These six nations are:

1) Mohawk 2) Onondaga 3) Oneida 4) Cayuga 5) Seneca 6) Tuscarora

The Iroquos are also known as Haudenosaunee who are a Native American confederacy. The Origin of the word "Iroquos" is still unknown as it is stated that the word first appeared in a written form when Samuel de Champlain wrote an account of his journey to Tadoussac in about 1603 with a variant spellings of "Irocois", there are other variant spellings for the same word.
