I would say somewhat reliable since his sources check out but he is not a "professional"

His sources would not be considered extremely reliable considering he is not an expert in this field. Nor are they unreliable because his sources are credible. I don't believe it is "of questionable reliability," so your answer would most likely be B, "somewhat reliable."
